Nick was absolutely brilliant! He was professional, kind, helpful, and incredibly friendly right from the start. He booked me in immediately to retrieve all the data from my old hard drive and transfer it over to my new one. I would highly recommend Nick to everyone for any IT issues they might have. His prices are very fair, and he is extremely knowledgeable!

Firstly I would like to say if I could give more stars I would. I was looking for someone to build a PC using components I'd already purchased. Having had a few bad experiences in the past and with some of the parts being quite expensive, including an RTX 5080, I was naturally a bit cautious about who I chose to trust with the build. I'd heard a lot of good things about Nick at PRC Computers, so I decided to get in touch. From the first phone call, he was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. We arranged a time for me to drop everything off, and he was very flexible with timings, which was appreciated given that he also does call-outs and repairs. I dropped the components off at around 7pm and Nick mentioned he'd likely have it completed the following day. To my surprise, I received a call the next morning at around 10am to say everything was ready to collect. Not only had he built the PC, but he'd also updated the BIOS, stress tested the system, and made sure everything was running perfectly. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. Nick was professional throughout and clearly takes pride in his work. It's not often you come across service like this these days. I couldn't be happier with the result and would happily recommend PRC Computers to anyone looking for a PC build, repair, or technical support. Thanks again, Nick! If I ever need any PC work done again in the future, I won't hesitate to come back. Great service from start to finish.

Nick was absolutely fantastic. So professional and helpful and friendly. He got me booked in asap for my broken hard drive and although it wasn’t fixable he was able to retrieve all of the data from the drive and transfer it across to my new one. I would recommend him to everyone for any of your IT issues. Very fair price and very knowledgeable!

I recently had my PC repaired by Nick at PRC Computer, and I’m really pleased with the service I received. From the start, communication was clear and consistent—Nick kept me updated on what the issue was and checked in with me before going ahead with any work. My PC had become extremely slow, taking ages to start up and open even basic documents. Nick quickly identified the problem and replaced the faulty part. The difference is incredible—my PC is now faster than it’s ever been. I also really appreciated that when I got my PC back, everything was almost exactly as I had left it. I only needed to reinstall a few things, which made the whole process much easier. Overall, a professional, efficient, and reliable service. I looked locally to who could build a gaming PC, I acquired all the parts over a couple of months, I dropped all the parts and left with him till I collected it. And what can I say the workmanship is incredible, the attention to detail. The wiring harness is all clean and neat! Nick takes great pride in his work.
