I recently had my PC repaired by Nick at PRC Computer, and I’m really pleased with the service I received. From the start, communication was clear and consistent—Nick kept me updated on what the issue was and checked in with me before going ahead with any work.
My PC had become extremely slow, taking ages to start up and open even basic documents. Nick quickly identified the problem and replaced the faulty part. The difference is incredible—my PC is now faster than it’s ever been.
I also really appreciated that when I got my PC back, everything was almost exactly as I had left it. I only needed to reinstall a few things, which made the whole process much easier.

I found PRC Computers through a quick google search and all the amazing reviews spoke volumes. I thought i was going to have to pay £500 for a new laptop. Nick was contactable after 5pm confirmed that he could help with my issues of low disk space and battery timing out on my laptop. PRC came recommended by a friend. Our work pc wouldn’t turn on. Called Nick who was Excellent. He was local to us and had us up and running within 2 days at a reasonable price.

I’d been having a problem with my pc for a while and it became a nuisance so I called PRC one afternoon and Nick came to my home the following morning.
He took it apart cleaned and checked a number of things then decided it would be best to take it away and reload Windows.
That evening he told me it was up and running and would bring it back the following morning. It’s working like new now. A job well done and at a good price.

Nick was excellent. I called him and explained the problem, he came out straight away. He took my laptop and fixed it within the hour and he dropped it back off the next morning. It was absolutely 1st class service. I cannot praise him enough and if I ever need any type of repair again, I will be going to him, no doubt about that. I highly recommend him and his services. Excellent fast service. I had problems with two old laptops and searched local repairers. PRC were named and were 10 mins away. A quick phone call and arranged to drop off the laptops. I went along and met a pleasant guy, Nick, the owner. A short explanation to him and they were ready next day. One laptop was at its life’s end so Nick moved all the content to the other. Everything’s good and in working order and at a great price! Definitely would recommend and will spread the word.

I was visiting Leeds when I got the blue screen of death on my laptop! I contacted Nick who swiftly diagnosed the problem and my hard drive was promptly replaced within 24 hours and he had my computer up and running in 48 hours. It is now like new! My laptop is at least 6 years old and has been running very slowly for a long time, so I finally decided to see if someone could fix it, and Nick has certainly done the job!
Nick replied very quickly to my initial e-mail and was able to pick up my laptop 2 days later. It turned out that the hard drive was failing. Nick called me to explain what the issue was and what different price and size options there were for a new hard drive. He called me (on the Friday, the same day that he picked up the laptop) and was able to order the new hard drive to fit into the laptop on Saturday, and then dropped it back off to us at the end of Saturday. I’d definitely recommend Nick to anyone with computer issues, he was quick and professional. I also appreciated that Nick was not patronising like some computer repair companies can be when you don’t know much about computers! Nick was friendly and helpful at all times. 🙂

I found Nick (PRC Computers) through a quick Google search, after damaging my MacBook Air 2019. It was only a small crack to the lower part of the screen, but big enough to notice and for me to want to get it fixed. I called Nick and he picked up straight away, with a friendly, professional attitude and Nick provided me with honest advice and a solution. He stuck to his initial quote throughout, despite there being a few hidden errors on the Mac, which Nick kindly fixed for me too 🙏🏻 A very quick, efficient service and a polite, professional owner 👏🏼 I hope I don’t have to use Nick’s services again, touch wood! but I would 100% rely on him to do a fantastic job for me again, if needed. Brilliant service from Nick. I had an old computer which stopped working altogether. I was panicking I had lost all my husband’s work that i had stored and not backed up. I rang Nick and explained everything. He came to my house and sorted it. He then transferred everything on to my new computer.
